STATE TEAM TRAINING INFORMATION:
State Team Training #1:
When? Sunday 28th August 2011
Time? 12:15-2:15pm
Where? High Performance Centre, Green Street, Prahran
What to bring? Competition Shoes, Drink Bottle, Training Diary, Music
What to wear? Hair secured in a bun, Black bike-shorts (or leggings if you dont have
bike-shorts), Rebound white singlet-top, Rebound Hoodie
State Team Training #2:
When? Sunday 18th September 2011
Time? 9am - 12:30pm (COMPULSORY TEAM MEETING AT 10am)
Where? High Performance Centre, Green Street, Prahran
What to bring? Competition Shoes, Drink Bottle, Training Diary, Music, Skill Doc Sheet
What to wear? Competition Attire (leotard, hair in a bun, etc.), Rebound Hoodie
Please Note - This session is being run as a competition, therefore athletes should
arrive 1 hour before their scheduled time to warm-up. All athletes need
to attend the compulsory team meeting at 10am.
State Team Training #3:
When? Sunday 2nd October 2011
Time? 8-11am (COMPULSORY STATE TEAM PHOTOGRAPH AT 10am)
Where? Competition Hall, State Netball and Hockey Centre
What to bring? Competition Shoes, Drink Bottle, Training Diary
What to wear? Hair secured in a bun, Black bike-shorts (or leggings if you dont have
bike-shorts), Rebound white singlet-top, State Team Tracksuit
Please Note - As Rebound is one of the first groups to have floor allocation, it is
important that athletes arrive at 8am so that they can warm-up properly
before doing routines/skills on the podium
